Why do I get an error “Failed to initiate ConnectedPDF server. Please restart your application and try again”?
According to the current support policy (Support current major version and 2 previous major versions, in the same way (security issues and major bugs)), Foxit regrets to inform you that with the release of Version 13.0, we'll be discontinuing support for Version 10.x and all previous versions of Foxit PhantomPDF. Why does PDF Sign signature become black when I sign it?
There is a Convert signature to black & white option provided in Foxit PDF Reader/Foxit PDF Editor, which would create the PDF sign signature in black and white even if the original image is chromatic. You have to uncheck the option Convert signature to black & white if you want to create a colored PDF Sign signature. Why get the incorrect text when copy the text from pdf file to word document?
In general, the reason is that the text in the pdf metadata is different from the text in page you can see. After open the pdf file in Foxit Reader, you can go to View>Text Viewer to enter into text viewer mode for viewing the document as a text file, please confirm if the incorrect text you get in the viewer mode is same with the one in Text Viewer.
