Use Case

The Bypass signature feature allows the sender to send the document without the signature field assigned to the signers. The document will get executed without the signatures, but the recipient details will be captured at the time of acceptance of the document.

Use Case

User-defined Access Code is used to provide additional security when sending documents to recipients. Senders can customize a Two-Factor Authentication code to provide the recipients outside Foxit eSign. This access code will be entered by recipients to access the document.

Use case

KBA verifies a signer’s identity by associating their SSN or passport credentials with information available publicly and commercially. Foxit eSign connects securely with LexisNexis services. The first names, last names, and email addresses will not be able to be edited upon accessing the KBA questionnaire so these fields must match the SSN or passport information connected to the email address contact information or Foxit eSign account.

User Levels

It is recommended that the Foxit eSign users only have the necessary access depending on their tasks. User Levels include Account Owner, Super Admin, Administrator, and Regular User. User levels provide different sets of permissions or restrictions and define what data the different users on the account can access and edit.

Users who use Microsoft button to activate Foxit getting the Warning "xx@xx has already been registered in the system"

This is due to our recent changes that turn off auto-binding the Microsoft account with the Foxit account for security reasons.Before, when you had a user newly invited to use Foxit, the user could log in via the Microsoft button. The Microsoft account can be automatically bound with the freshly created Foxit account.But after this security fix, the Microsoft account won't be auto-bound together with the Foxit account. Instead, it will prompt the user with this warning.
