If you're encountering an "Invalid Account" error, follow these steps to troubleshoot.

The area I selected is not a rectangle, but I cropped it and then it became a rectangle. Why?

The ‘Crop' function of the ‘Edit' menu only recognizes rectangles. If you select a non rectangle area, it will be cropped into a rectangle. If you want to change the shape of the cropped area, then select an area to crop and select ‘Copy' -> ‘New' -> ‘Paste'.

The document could not be saved. The file may be read-only or opened by another user.

When try to save a pdf file, you may get this error as the below screenshot.

The pointer didn't change with the Clone Tool and I cannot set the starting point of cloning.

This is because Studio Photo uses the Flash UI. In this case, click the filename at the top of photo once, move the pointer over the photo and press the Alt key. The pointer will be changed to the cloning start setting. This procedure can also help if you find that there are other functions that do not work temporarily.

Use case

KBA verifies a signer’s identity by associating their SSN or passport credentials with information available publicly and commercially. Foxit eSign connects securely with LexisNexis services. The first names, last names, and email addresses will not be able to be edited upon accessing the KBA questionnaire so these fields must match the SSN or passport information connected to the email address contact information or Foxit eSign account.

VMware Horizon Deployments of Foxit PDF Editor

You can deploy Foxit PDF Editor on a VMware Horizon server for streaming to Windows machines via VDI (desktop virtualized deployments). Only desktop streaming with the application hosted on a server is supported. Foxit has certified the following:
