Printing an Entire excel spreadsheet as one PDF

If you have multiple/individual sheets within your Excel workbook, when you try to create a PDF and choose to print the Entire Workbook, you will receive a PDF file containing only part of the Excel document or each sheet will be saved as a different PDF file.

Problem

Despite still having available licenses to assign in Admin Console, when the admin attempts to allocate remaining available licenses to users, it results in the message "Insufficient number of specified license. Please select other available license, remove some existing licenses, reset license quota or purchase additional licenses.". For example (below can be checked in License Management > Assign License > Bulk operation results):

Problem:

Every time a super admin authorization is assigned or removed, the number of licenses is always two. It can be seen in the license manage that two licenses are assigned to a super admin. Looking in the content log, both the assign and remove actions have two records each.

Profile

The application's upper right corner displays the user's initials. My Profile will be the first option in the dropdown menu that appears when a user clicks on their initials. The parallel view allows you to read two or more PDF files side-by-side (either horizontally or vertically) in the same window, instead of creating multiple instances.When reading PDF files in the parallel view, you can view, annotate, or modify each PDF file independently.
