Automatically Apply Fields to a Document from a Template

Apply fields from a template to a newly uploaded document using our Template Rules from your Templates tab. Automatically prompt a pop up window triggered by a specific keyword in the title of the file name when uploading the document to Foxit eSign. Foxit eSign will recognize the keyword(s) you have selected and ask if you would like to apply the fields from a template directly onto your document.

Available Versions for XML Editor

Both XML Editor and SignITMgr_sign.exe tools have been combined into a newly re-designed version of Foxit Customization wizard application for Foxit PDF Editor/Reader V11 and greater.
